Pursuant to section 105 of the Tariff and Customs Code
of the Philippines, as amended (TCCP), the following are exempt from payment of
Customs Duties when imported:

Badges
3.
Cups
4.
Other Small Articles
Further, on the condition that those articles were
bestowed as Trophies or Prices or those received as Honorary Distinction of the
Person Imported the same.
